Return Policy

This Return Policy describes the conditions under which Vrexalonclox ("we," "us," or "our") accepts returns, exchanges, or offers refunds or credits for bouquets, floral arrangements, and related products ordered through our website vrexalonclox.world or at our location at 347 E 85th St, New York, NY 10028, United States. Nature of Our Products

Our products are perishable. We sell fresh cut flowers and handcrafted bouquets and arrangements that are prepared to order or selected from our current stock. Because flowers are natural products, their appearance and longevity depend on variety, season, handling, and care after delivery. Slight variations in color, size, or stem count may occur and do not constitute a defect. We take care to ensure that every bouquet we deliver meets our quality standards at the time of delivery or pickup.

Satisfaction and Quality

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a bouquet or arrangement that is damaged, not as described, or that fails to meet the quality we stand behind, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 24 hours of delivery or pickup) using the contact form on vrexalonclox.world or by calling or visiting our store. Provide your order details and, where possible, a photograph of the product so we can assess the situation and work with you to find a solution. We may offer a replacement, a credit toward a future order, or a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances and in accordance with this policy.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we generally do not accept physical returns of bouquets or arrangements once they have been delivered or picked up. We cannot resell or reuse delivered flowers. Refunds or credits may be given at our discretion in the following situations: (a) the order was not delivered or was delivered to the wrong address through our error; (b) the product was significantly damaged in transit or did not meet the agreed description due to our error; (c) you cancelled the order in accordance with our cancellation terms before the product was prepared or shipped. In cases where we offer a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period, typically within five to ten business days after we approve the refund. If we offer a credit, it may be applied to a future order from Vrexalonclox within the time frame we specify.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been prepared may be cancelled without charge. Once we have started preparing your bouquet or arrangement, we may not be able to cancel without retaining a portion of the payment to cover our costs, as flowers and materials may already have been committed. For same-day or time-sensitive deliveries, cancellation may only be possible if we receive your request with sufficient advance notice. We will confirm cancellation or change requests when possible.

Delivery Issues

We are responsible for ensuring that your order is handed off to the delivery carrier or delivered by us in good condition. If you are not available to receive the delivery, or if the delivery address is incorrect or inaccessible, and the product is left in a way that causes it to deteriorate (for example, in extreme heat or cold), we may not be able to offer a full refund. We encourage you to provide accurate delivery instructions and to ensure someone is available to receive the order where required. If you believe the product was damaged during delivery or was not delivered at all through our or our carrier's error, contact us promptly with your order number and details so we can investigate.

Custom and Event Orders

For custom bouquets, event florals, or large orders, specific terms may be agreed in advance, including deposit requirements, cancellation deadlines, and refund conditions. Those terms will be communicated at the time of booking and may override or supplement the general terms in this policy to the extent agreed in writing or by confirmed communication.

Limitations

We are not responsible for the longevity or appearance of flowers after they have been delivered and accepted, as these depend on environmental factors and care. We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, carrier issues, or incorrect information provided by the customer. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
